Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and so many others have not been doing this week!
This post does not feel like deja vu...Alex did not lose a tooth...again!

It was not this weekend...at 9:30pm...right before bed...again! Tooth #2!

We do not enjoy watching Alex play baseball...

hit some baseballs...
get some advice from Daddy...
and sprint around the bases...
while Emily plays in the dirt...
with a pretty dress on...
not ending an awesome game with a yummy snowcone!

I certainly did not wake up bright and early with the sun at 6:30am...in order to get ready for Alex's 8:00am baseball game...because his game was not really until 11:00am! {Thank goodness I at least had some sense to check the schedule one more time before I actually packed us all up at 7:30am!}
And...I absolutely do not consider the kids swimming in our pool before bedtime as their bath...because I remember the last time I bathed them...and the pool does not count...
Nope...not me...did not happen!
I enjoyed reading your blog today.
ReplyDeleteI love all the new blogs
I have found. Quite a unique group.
I love making new blogging friends..
I have several Disney posts already on my blog and have several more to post. Hope you will stop by for a visit.
oh the pool definitely counts as a bath... absodutely... the chlorine kills all the bad germs doesn't it? Then they are squeeky clean!
ReplyDeleteAnd you are not an absolutely talented photographer...
ReplyDeleteAnd your kids are not absolutely adorable.
Oh wait a sec...
Yes, you are and yes they are!
Glad you remembered to check the schedule before you left...and I'm sure those adorable cuties are spic & span!
That is so funny about the pool as a bath. We skipped bath last night (because we were super tired) and I thought...it's OK, they were rinsed off in the pool! LOL!!!! Cute pictures of Alex and Emily!
ReplyDeleteOh, the pool SOOOOO counts as a bath at that age. Absolutely!
ReplyDeleteNow when they hit their teen years and start to smell up your car, then it's time for swimming AND real baths! No, make that SHOWERS. ha ha ha
Great phots --- as always. =0)
That is so funny about the pool bath...we do that too! Loved Emily's dress! Whenever Melody is wearing a pretty dress she finds dirt too! Loved the pictures...he's so cute in his baseball uniform! And congrats on the tooth!!! I just realized Jack has a loose tooth!
ReplyDeleteCute, cute pictures! You are really creative with your pictures. Glad you checked the schedule before waking the kids. Moms, we have so much going on in our heads! We have used the pool as a tub also, the kids love it! Not good for my DD hair though! Have a great Monday!
ReplyDeleteHey Carrie, the more I get to know you, the more I think we'd be BFF's in real life! I saw your comment on our Saturday post and you're not a total neat freak either. The beds in my house don't get made unless we're having company.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, think of the fun we could have in each others messy houses and neither of us would care, we'd could spend days at the pool just photographing our sweet kiddos and having a blast. ha ha ha

Great pictures! We went to the dentist today and he said Henry might start getting some loose teeth soon...I'm a little worried about that! We NEVER use swimming as bath time at our house either!!
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures!! No tooth!! Yeah!! And I was laughing so hard about the pool/bath part!!
ReplyDeleteI'm on my way!

Your kids are so cute. Get ready...once one tooth falls out they just keep popping out until they look like little jack o lanterns. LOL
ReplyDeleteFun for them!
What pools don't count as baths?
I think I remember getting a pool bath a few times back in the day! :)
ReplyDeleteIf the pool doesn't count as a bath, I guess the sprinklers can't count as a shower. Shoot!
ReplyDeleteMy son lost a tooth on Friday night. Finally- we have been trying to get him to pull it or let us pull it for quite a while. He was wrestly with another kid and took a knee in the face (which didn't hurt). Then, he said, "Hey, can I pull my tooth now?" What a relief- it was hanging crooked b/c the permanent was already pushing it.
Great pictures!
Carrie,
ReplyDeleteI did not enjoy reading your 'not me' post today. I did not stop over from Sarah's blog, Splashin Glory. I did not click on the follow key so I could come back and get to know you better. I did not think that your family is so cute. I did not!
