Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and so many others have not been doing this week!
{sigh} Another Monday...I cannot keep up with the passing days...seriously people, please STOP the clock! Why...because Alex did not lose his very first little baby tooth ever! {sniff, sniff...sob...another milestone checked off...such a big boy!}
He's such a sweetheart...I mean not a cutie pie!
I did not walk into the room and find Dan watching iCarly when Alex and Emily were not even in the room...I did not sit down and join him...we did not even chuckle at it once...not us!
Emily did not randomly tell Dan, "I did not hit your car with my bike!" Dan asked, "You didn't?" Emily, "No, I didn't." {Thanks, Emily for telling us what you did not do...or did you...}
I did not finally get some of my act together and switch out Alex's and Emily's winter clothes for summer clothes. {Yay!} They will not look so much better now in tank tops, instead of turtlenecks in the 80-degree weather we've been having! {No need to thank me, kids...you're welcome!}
Happy Monday!
Oh, losing teeth is a big deal! He is a cutie Pa-Tootie!!!
ReplyDeletePS...my 7 yr old does NOT watch Icarly either...LOL!
Awwwwwwww, Riley lost a tooth last week, and I fear it is one of her lasts. =0(
ReplyDeleteYou're sad to reach this milestone, and I'm sad to almost be PAST it completely with ALL FOUR OF MY KIDDOS.
He looks darling with that missing tooth though! Happy Monday even though it's only SUNDAY! You over-achiever you! ((my post is done and waiting to publish at like 4:30 a.m.))
Yea for the tooth loss. Get your money ready..once one falls out they just keep coming. LOL
ReplyDeleteI have never caught myself watching the kids shows after they have left the room either...well, back when i watched TV. I do that with the radio too. I will drop them off at school and still be jamming to Radio Disney.
Way to go Alex!!!
ReplyDeleteMrs. Tooth Fairy also felt $5 was a great amount for a first tooth as well.
Yeah Alex, way to be brave and keep your tooth pulled! That is funny about iCarly. That would be me and Rondell too...with the laughter.
ReplyDeleteYeah Alex! Our days with the Tooth Fairy are soon to be over. It's time for her to visit elsewhere... :( My daughter use to watch icarly but she began to sound exactly like Sam so we had to X it! It sounds funny on tv but not funny when it comes out of your 10 year olds mouth!!!
ReplyDeleteSo Alex would take over your blog, huh? I bet Cam would be a good one to take mine over... hopefully he'll be a grown man by then! ha ha ha
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!

Oh how sad! Those milestones happen way too fast my friend! So glad she didn't run into Daddy's car! Too funny!
ReplyDeleteWooHoo!! I remember Gabriel's first tooth and how he worked on getting it out of his mouth. When our tooth fairy came all she had was a $5.00 bill so that is what Gabe has been getting ever since. Have a great Monday!
ReplyDeleteHe looks so cute without that tooth! I am not looking forward to losing teeth...something about it just grosses me out!! I HATE changing out the kids clothes from winter to summer...it seems like such a huge task! And it is always going to get cool about a week after I switch everything and they don't have anything to wear!
ReplyDeleteHA! We have NOT watched Hannah Montana at night with only boys in the house and chuckle at her witty scripting. And I am so glad your son got to post his lost tooth on the board at school! That's soooo important- and he knew it too. Time was running out and he couldn't possibly go to sleep without getting that darn thing out! The 2nd picture of him is gorgeous by the way. And who can't love your daughter who already understands the beauty of NOT confessing! I love it!!!
