I don't know if anyone else is obsessed with HGTV, or it's just me...but I
love to watch how other people decorate and see how they live. It brings me inspiration and gives me so many ideas on how to arrange and decorate. Although, the hard part is going from what I envision in my head to how it actually looks in our home. Either way, I enjoy trying to make our home our own, using what we have, some new things, and mostly old things from our parents, grandparents, and Flea Markets. If I had all the money I needed to decorate
exactly how I wanted, I would definitely choose some different furniture and accents, but here's a peek into the Manor...

I know you can all sleep so much better now, knowing where I sit and watch TV and maybe steal a nap if I'm lucky! I will share more of the Manor once the maid gets back from vacation and cleans the rest of the house! ReplyDeleteOK, a disclaimer is needed {LOL!} our house is not always this 'picked up'! Most days the floor is littered with Polly Pockets, Littlest Pet Shop and the tiniest Barbie accessories you can imagine! But I took pictures, so I can see what the floor looks like once in awhile! Thanks for the sweet comments! {And the toes are not always painted, either!} :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely spacious room!!! My brother's home in the States is also so spcaious, as is our home in South Africa. In London, where we have lived the last 7 years... rooms are FAR smaller... unless you are royalty!!! lol
