"Not Me!" Monday

Let's see, I most certainly did not stop off at the snow cone stand after Emily's ice-skating lesson on Tuesday on a cold, rainy day and order a large vanilla soft-serve with lots of sprinkles! We did not follow up that visit with a trip to the McDonald's drive-thru for the kids' dinner, because that would be wrong to eat our dessert before dinner and then follow that up with an even unhealthier dinner choice! I honestly did not order anything for myself {except a large Diet Coke, of course} but realized after we were almost home they had given me someone else's Big & Tasty meal by accident...I did not accidentally eat it! {oops!}
I did not stay up late one night to color a picture out of Emily's Princess coloring book! {I still love to color once in awhile!} She did not see it the next morning, and tell me in all her sassiness, "I was going to color that one!"
I did not walk around Emily's Barbies lying right in the middle of the entryway all week because nobody would move them! {I even knew to step around them in the dark} I mean, seriously, she always puts her toys away when she's done playing with them!
I did not turn into a Drill Sargent this weekend and start ordering the kids around to clean up their toys because I was tired of stepping around them! Dan was not even a little scared! {But love them for helping me get the job done!}
We did not solve the mystery of our lost 'shark' fish from the fish tank...it did not jump to its demise and land under the cabinet...may he rest in peace! {how did he do that?!}
We did not have the kids in bed by 7pm last night {woohoo!} only to have them up more than once {it was worth a try} because it was too light outside...they were bored...they needed a drink of water... They did not finally get to bed by 8:30, as usual.
I am not so ready for the summer! And this...
