{Happy} Day

Today is{was} my birthday!...{it's almost midnight}  It's been a wonderful day!

I didn't take a shower...
I got to go shopping...
I received a big package from the FedEx man from my Willow House party...
I got to take a nap...
I got to spend this special day with those that mean everything to me...

I didn't have to cook...
I got to eat pizza...
I got to eat lots and lots of sweets...

{Ellie couldn't wait to get her hands on the cake...}

{...but then once she was able to...}

{...she didn't really want it!}

Today I turned thirty-six twenty-three {that's how many candles I pulled out of a drawer and squeezed onto the cake anyway!}...

Today I had a very Happy Birthday!   

But any day I get to spend with these loves is a pretty happy day!

{...tomorrow...I get to wait for the cable man...anytime from 8am to 7pm...seriously.}
