a little {spring} in our step

It has felt amazingly like Spring around here this past week!  I've loved it! 

And even more...

...I loved letting these little piggies out to enjoy the warmer weather!

I loved putting away the boots for a few days and puttin' a little bling in my step!

And Emily loved steppin' it up on wheels!

Their gym teacher took the kids to the roller rink on a field trip Friday...and Emily had a great time!

I wasn't brave enough to try it when Alex's class went last year...and I wasn't brave enough to join Emily this year either!  Perhaps when Elizabeth is in first grade...ha!

I'm so glad that we could step out and cherish the Spring weather...because it's going to get back down in the thirties again...which means I guess we'll cover our piggies up with socks and boots again.  The only good thing about that is I haven't paid my piggies any attention all winter and they need a good pamperin'...maybe I'll get to that before Spring visits again!
