Today Alex will be presenting his book report in front of the class...and I'm the one who is so nervous! I've had anxiety over this for 2 weeks...as though it was my homework assignment! I never liked standing in front of class and speaking...my worst nightmare! Alex doesn't seem worried in the least!
He picked the book...Shoo, Fly Guy! and chose and printed which pictures to put on his poster from Clip Art on the computer. He really knows how to do that better than I do! I'm pretty sure he got his 'smarts' from his Daddy! We had him practice his report in front of us the last two nights...but he was less than enthusiastic about it. I hope he performs better for his class...apparently we aren't the best audience!

Wish him luck! {And please don't laugh too much at his costume...it was the best I could do!}

{Buzzzzz!}

LAUGH AT IT? LAUGH AT IT? ARE YOU KIDDING, CARRIE?! IT'S AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented and creative. VERY VERY GOOD JOB!
Hope Alex does great on his report today. Don't be nervous Mom!!!
His costume is SUPER cute...but I am laughing at the fact that he only has on one sock!! Or is that part of the costume too?!?
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job! I'm sure he'll do wonderful. I think we do stress out more than they do. I agree with Kelli about the one sock. I giggled a little over that.
ReplyDeletelaugh? The outfit is adorable. Love the big 'bug' eyes.
ReplyDeleteAre you his teacher? You said it was "my" homework assignment.
Hoping he does a grand job. I'm sure he will.
Good luck, Alex! And I think the costume is great.
ReplyDeleteI think he looks great and I bet he does fantastic! And I so love the one sock on, one sock off look! :)
ReplyDeleteThat costume is awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteI love his costume. One sock on and one sock off. Cute! I am sure he did well. Model just finished one of her daily reporters. She did very well. i always hated public speaking too. Agent thrives on it. LOL
ReplyDeleteWhy would we laugh at it? I think that is the most adorable thing I have ever seen! Way better then I could pull off. I would give him an A just for the costume!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteAWESOME..I love it. I have not heard of the book but he looks great. I can't wait to hear how he did.
ReplyDeleteBy the way love your creativity with his Halloween costume. And Emily is darling as always.
He must be a natural! He looks so cute in his little fly costume. And I happen to think you did an awesome job on the costume. So cute!! Wish him luck for me!
