"You're Gonna Miss This...Moment" Say What?

I never know exactly what is going to come out of Alex's & Emily's mouths, but most of the time it makes me laugh! Even when Alex is getting into trouble...he seems to know how to make the situation light by saying something funny! {little stinker}

Today, on our way home from Emily's ice-skating lesson, we stopped to get a drink. As you know, I have a love for large Diet Cokes! Alex and Emily are usually allowed a drink, too and Alex said, "I wish I could get a parent-size drink, too!" I thought that was cute because when he wants things he can't have or can't do something he's not allowed, we'll tell him, "When you're the parent, maybe you can!"


I'll miss those funny words someday! I love their innocence and I try to remember those sweet, silly sayings!
